If any data we hold is wrong or out of date, you can ask us to fix it. Email info@ginasitaly.com with the field and the new value. We will update our records and confirm the change.

Right to deletion

You can ask us to delete your personal data. We will remove your record from active systems within 30 days, except where law requires us to keep some details for accounting or fraud checks.

Right to restriction

You can ask us to limit processing to storage only while a question or complaint is being resolved. We will pause any other use of your data during that time.

Right to portability

On request we will send your contact data in a common, machine readable format such as CSV or JSON. This lets you move your data to another service.

Right to object

You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest, including direct marketing. Email info@ginasitaly.com and we will stop the processing you object to.

How to withdraw consent

You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email we send, by turning off push notifications in your browser settings, or by emailing info@ginasitaly.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect lawful processing that took place before.

Right to complain

If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can complain to your local data protection authority. We would also welcome a chance to fix the issue first at info@ginasitaly.com.
